ANNOTATION
In these studies, the problem of contamination of food products (fish) with antibiotics is revealed. The article presents data on the degree of antibiotic contamination of fish and fish products sold in the trade network of the Karaganda region (Karaganda, Temirtau, Balkhash), as well as nearby water bodies - lakes Balkhash, Batyrkara, Sasykol, the Irtysh-Karaganda canal, the river. Noora. A total of 180 specimens of fish and fish products were examined by competitive enzyme immunoassay. Sreptomycin was found in 24 fish products. Of these, in cold and hot smoked fish products in 73.3%, at a concentration of 0.0059 mg / kg to 0.0229 mg / kg .; in 100% salted fish from 0.00509 mg/kg. up to 0.0079 mg/kg; in 90% preserves from 0.0086 mg/kg to 0.0637 mg/kg; not found in dried and fresh fish products. Permissible concentration is not more than 0.7 mg/kg.
Chloralfenicol was detected in trace amounts in all samples of the studied fish products at concentrations from 0.000047 mg/kg to 0.0002 mg/kg. Tetracycline was not found. These antibiotics are not allowed in fish and fish products.
