On June 26, 2024, the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University (KATRU) hosted a regional forum dedicated to current issues in veterinary medicine and livestock production. The event brought together leading experts from various countries, serving as a platform for sharing experience and seeking new solutions for the agricultural sector.

The forum was attended by specialists from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Italy, as well as representatives from the Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) and the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH).

At the international forum, the company "NFT-KATU" LLP presented cutting-edge solutions for the agro-industrial complex, developed based on scientific research from the Kazakh Agrotechnical University. Among the showcased innovations were:

• Feed bioadditives and extruded compound feeds – aimed at enhancing productivity and improving the health of farm animals.

• Phytobiotics for beekeeping – natural preparations that help strengthen bees' immunity and increase honey yield.

• Rapid test kits for assessing the quality and safety of livestock products – designed for the quick detection of harmful impurities and residual substances.

The forum served as an effective platform for sharing best practices, strengthening international ties, and discussing prospects for implementing innovations in the agricultural sector. It featured presentations of research and practical developments, business meetings, panel sessions, and expert discussions on current issues in the agro-industrial complex.
