The mill can grind pelleted products.
The mill grinds cereal samples in accordance with applicable standards governing quality determination methods.
Sample moisture must not exceed the following values:
Grain – no more than 17%
Pulses – no more than 7%
Compound feeds – no more than 10%
The fat content of samples must not exceed the following values:
Pulses – no more than 20%
Compound feeds – no more than 12%

Operating principle: grain enters the feeder, forming an air-grain mixture that flows into the grinding chamber. Ground material is separated from the air in a cyclone and collected in a removable container. Once grain feeding stops, the airflow self-cleans the feeder and grinding chamber.
Used to prepare samples for gluten quantity and quality, falling number and other crop quality determinations by infrared spectroscopy and other laboratory methods requiring finely ground samples.
GENERAL FEATURES
Fine grinding
The mill is supplied with a sieve having 0.8 mm round holes*, producing a fine powder with a consistent particle size required for gluten quantity and quality, falling number and other quality determinations.
*A sieve with 1.0 mm holes is available by separate order.
Quick and easy cleaning
Ledges and openings where ground material could accumulate are minimised.
Low noise level
The optimised housing and additional sound insulation in the grinding chamber door ensure comfortable working conditions throughout the shift.
Large ground-sample container
The ground-sample container holds 1.4 litres, allowing samples of up to 500 g to be ground. This improves test accuracy and enables the same ground sample to be used for several analyses at once.
Dust-free grinding
The fundamentally new cyclone-to-container connection prevents dust from entering the air.
Easy operation
The ergonomic clamp handle makes securing the ground-sample container quick and easy.
