A strategic session dedicated to the prospects for the development of the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center (NASEC) and its transition to the format of an Agrotechnological Hub was held at S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University.
The event was attended by members of the Management Board and the Board of Directors of NASEC, heads of agrarian higher education institutions, research institutes, agricultural experimental stations, representatives of the Center for Transfer and Commercialization of Agricultural Technologies, business representatives, as well as the Vice Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerbol Tashzhurekov.
As part of the event, an exhibition was organized where the company “NFT-KATU” presented a wide range of developments for the agro-industrial complex. Visitors were shown extruded feeds, phytogenic feed additives, compound feeds based on processed by-products of alcohol production, phytopreparations for the prevention and treatment of bee diseases, a phytobiotic product for teat treatment, as well as rapid tests for monitoring the quality and safety of livestock products. Monographs and methodological materials for specialists in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine were also presented.
The strategic session confirmed the relevance of forming a modern agrotechnological ecosystem and became an important stage in the development of cooperation between science, education, and business in the agricultural sector of Kazakhstan.
