LLP “NFT-KATU” took part in the opening of the Kazakhstan-Belarus Scientific and Cultural Center

On April 10, 2026, the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University hosted the official opening ceremony of the Kazakhstan-Belarus Scientific and Cultural Center. The event was attended by the Rector of the University, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Kanat Maratovich Tireuov, as well as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aleksei Igorevich Bogdanov.

As part of the event, an exhibition of scientific and industrial achievements was organized, and among its participants was the university’s subsidiary company, LLP “NFT-KATU”.

The company presented a wide range of developments for the agro-industrial sector, demonstrating extruded feeds, phytogenic feed additives, compound feeds based on processed distillery and slaughterhouse waste, herbal products for the prevention and treatment of bee diseases, a phytobiotic preparation for teat treatment, as well as rapid tests for monitoring the quality and safety of livestock products.

In addition, the exhibition featured monographs and methodological materials intended for specialists in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, which made it possible to clearly demonstrate the practical application of scientific developments and strengthen scientific and industrial ties.

As an additional part of the event, a live video link was organized with the production site – the compound feed plant of LLP “MV5” in Kostanay. There, participants were shown the current stage of implementation of the project on commercialization of the results of scientific and/or scientific-technical activities of the university’s scientists. During the online connection, the final stage of installation of the technological equipment was presented, and the enterprise’s readiness for launch was demonstrated. As part of the live broadcast, Director of LLP “MV5” A.T. Shalmagambetov and Professor Yu.A. Balji spoke about the progress of the project and the prospects for launching production. The plant was built as part of the implementation of the project “Production of extruded compound feeds based on distillery and slaughterhouse waste” with the support of JSC “Science Fund”.

The opening of the center became an important step in expanding international cooperation and opened new opportunities for joint scientific and educational activities.
