Employees of NFT-KATU LLP, Yu. A. Baldzhi and E. G. Mayer, as part of the implementation of research project AP23484620, took part in the VII Agro-Industrial Forum “Milk of Russia – 2025”, which was held on November 19–21 in Yekaterinburg and brought together leading representatives of the dairy industry of the Russian Federation.

Experts and guests of the “Milk Institute” LLC participated in plenary sessions and specialized sections: Zootechnics, Veterinary Medicine & Genetics, and Feed Production & Machinery. During meetings with guests and forum experts, we presented the results of projects AP23484620, AP19174684 and DP21681750 dedicated to the development of extruded feeds and phytobiotics, received positive feedback from colleagues, and exchanged experience on the introduction of innovations in dairy cattle farming.

On the final day of the forum, a visit was organized to the leading dairy farms of the Sverdlovsk region – SPK Kilachyovsky and Irbit Agrofirm, where we studied practical experience in animal feeding, housing conditions, and approaches to obtaining high-quality and safe milk.

As part of the trip, meetings were also held with scientists of the Ural State Agrarian University, where potential areas of cooperation were discussed – feed production, the use of phytobiotics and phytogenics, and improving milk quality.

The internship made it possible to strengthen business ties with Russian scientific and industry partners, obtain up-to-date data for further application in Kazakhstan, and confirm the high scientific and production potential of NFT-KATU in the field of feed production and veterinary solutions.
