Oregano Extract (Origanum vulgare)

It has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, and calming effects. Oregano extract contains bioactive compounds that support the digestive, respiratory, and nervous systems, as well as strengthen immunity.

Oregano extract is rich in essential oils (thymol, carvacrol), which have potent antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties. It also contains flavonoids (apigenin, luteolin, quercetin) that strengthen blood vessels and protect cells from oxidative stress. Tannins provide an astringent and antimicrobial effect, while bitter compounds improve digestion and appetite. Organic acids (rosmarinic acid, ursolic acid) exhibit anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. Additionally, the extract contains vitamins (A, C, B-group, K) and trace minerals (magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc), which contribute to overall health.

Oregano extract is used to enhance digestive function, normalize appetite, and relieve spasms and bloating. It aids in treating colds by easing coughs and promoting expectoration. Due to its calming effect, the extract is beneficial for nervous tension, stress, and insomnia. In gynecology, oregano helps regulate the menstrual cycle and alleviate menopausal symptoms. In dermatology, it assists in treating skin conditions, accelerating the healing of inflammations and wounds.
