This GOST standard makes the use of a press during gluten isolation mandatory. The PKM-12 press removes subjective factors affecting the analysis result and provides more reproducible results with less manual effort.
The press consists of two rough-surfaced glass plates with a stable, fixed gap between them. It has supports and a handle for opening.
