The mill grinds material with a high-speed rotating steel blade combined with cyclic rotation of the grinding assembly.
Used to prepare samples for moisture, protein, fat and fibre determination and other quality analyses by infrared spectroscopy and other laboratory methods.
GENERAL FEATURES
Fast, high-quality grinding of solid products
The powerful motor, specially shaped blade and automatic cyclic rotation through 210° and 90° provide rapid, high-quality grinding of solid samples. Oilcake pieces up to 20 mm can be ground.
Sample preparation without heating
The radiator-shaped outer surface of the bowl, high grinding speed and bowl cooling improve heat dissipation and prevent overheating and moisture loss, allowing sample preparation for moisture determination.
The mill has two grinding bowls for continuous, convenient operation with the cooling system.
Following UNIIM testing, the mills are recommended for sample preparation for moisture determination.
Included in the ASESH-8 air-thermal measuring unit (RU.С.31.005.А No. 56847).
Maximum operating convenience
Samples are loaded and unloaded using a bowl secured to the grinding assembly by a clamp. The assembly rotates through 225° and locks in two positions: upper for grinding and lower for loading/unloading. The optimised bowl-to-base distance allows quick and easy sample handling.
The quick-release clamp securely connects the bowl to the grinding assembly. Its ergonomic handle makes bowl attachment quick and easy.
The mills have a timer for precise grinding times of 1–99 seconds and protection against unauthorised starting.

A solid-product grinding mode with improved chamber cleaning is provided.
Reproducible grinding results
Automated grinding and digital time settings ensure highly reproducible grinding results.
Long-life grinding components
The grinding components are specifically designed for demanding conditions involving high throughput and high mechanical loads.
Special inserts made of hardened, high-strength stainless blade steel, with a forging effect in the chamber and bowl, ensure long service when grinding solid and pelleted products.
The high-strength stainless steel blade ensures high wear resistance.
