In this article shows, the effect of enriched extruded feed in the diet of Manchurian quails on the chemical composition of eggs. For this purpose, quails of productive age were divided into 2 groups: control (farm feed) and experimental (developed "Layer" feed recipe, «NFT-KATU»). In the experimental group of quails, the egg’s dry matter content increased by 13,8% by the end of the experiment. The fat increases to 16.3% compared to the control. Experimental group’s eggs amount of protein increased to 10.25%, carbohydrates contain 27,8%, it is more than in the eggs of the control. The ashrise in the experimental group, which indicates a rich mineral composition of the feed. The results of the study showed that the Layer formula feed allows you to improve the quality of eggs.
