Method for processing hatching eggs

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to poultry farming, namely the processing of hatching eggs for the purpose of stimulating the hatching of chicks and the preservation of young birds.

The technical result of the invention is achieved by a single treatment of hatching eggs before laying with an aqueous solution of the phytobiotic BioFeed-P.

The essence of the invention lies in a single treatment of hatching eggs with an aqueous solution of the phytobiotic BioFeed-P in concentrations from 0.5 to 5.0%. The treatment is carried out by immersing the eggs in an aqueous solution with an exposure of 10 minutes, then drying at room temperature without wiping and placing them in an incubator. The phytobiotic BioFeed-P has a number of positive properties: bactericidal, fungicidal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, immunostimulating, detoxifying, tonic, regenerating and other properties. It has a pronounced radioprotective effect. The substances included in the phytobiotic, such as fatty acids, flavonoids, organic acids, phenolic acids, essential oils, vitamins A, C, P, B12; microelements - iodine, zinc, manganese, copper, cobalt, as well as amino acids, phenol glycosides and other classes of biologically active compounds have a positive effect on the hatchability of chicks when processing bird embryos.

Treating eggs before placing them in an incubator with a phytobiotic solution in concentrations from 0.5% to 5.0% showed a significant increase in the hatchability of chicks compared to the control groups (without treatment). For example, when using a 1% solution, the hatchability was 83%, and when using a 5% solution - up to 98%.

The effect obtained is explained by the following:

- Flavonoids and other antioxidants protect embryonic cells from oxidative stress, which helps improve the development of tissues and organs.

- Antibacterial and antifungal properties reduce the risk of infection of embryos and improve their survival.

- The active components of the BioFeed-P phytobiotic stimulate metabolic processes in the embryo, promoting better absorption of nutrients from the yolk and protein, strengthen the embryo's immune system, which increases resistance to infections after hatching.

- The adaptogenic properties of the phytobiotic, due to the content of the flavonoid pinostrobin, terpenoids, phenolic acids and essential oils, help the embryo more easily tolerate stressful conditions, such as temperature or humidity fluctuations.

Thus, the proposed method is promising for use in poultry farming in order to increase hatchability and survivability of young animals.

We are ready to cooperate and conclude a license agreement for exclusive or non-exclusive rights.
